Farheen and Faheem had their Nikkah (Islamic Marriage Ceremony) in The Pavillion in Walthamstow London. We started at the brides house where she was putting on her final pieces before heading to the venue.
We then photographed the brides nikkah and the grooms nikkah as they are held in seperate rooms. After the Imam conducted their nikkah, Farheen and Faheem entered into the hall together! They then had some very heartwarming speeches, and finally, the rukhsati. Rukhsati is an Asian tradition where the bride leaves the family home and enters into her marrital home for the first time. As we did not go to the houses to do this, the Rukhsati started at the venue.
We had an immense time with this amazing couple!
